Thanks for taking the time to view my work.  You may have noticed a healthy dose of meat in my collections as I spent a great deal of my career styling and developing recipes for just about every beef cut imaginable.  But I have a sweet story too! As the in-house food stylist at Wilton Brands, I honed my baking techniques, adding a sprinkle of fun and the perfectly casual icing swirl to create irresistible sweet treats for the brand’s packaging, social media and marketing programs. And it may be also clear from my portfolio that I love the outdoors, be it spreading out a picnic, lighting the grill or gathering the freshest fruits and veggies from the farmers' market.  I have contributed my style, culinary skills, and creativity to cookbooks, social media posts, websites, recipe brochures, advertising, packaging and public relations materials and other marketing tools.   My favorite projects allow me to follow a recipe from concept and development to the photo studio, and I have been fortunate to work with many great clients in all parts of the food industry, including The National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Walmart, Wilton, The Pampered Chef, M&P Foods, Kraft General Foods, The Chicago Tribune, Better Homes & Gardens and Pillsbury among others.
